1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and dk71 (hereinafter "dk71", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://dk71.io (the "Platform").

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on dk71, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes only.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on dk71. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If dk71 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be forfeited, and outstanding balances may be frozen pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your dk71 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any third party. dk71 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and to comply with anti-money laundering best practices, dk71 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed appropriate. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits

Cryptocurrency deposits carry no upper limit. dk71 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency

The primary account currency on dk71 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Cryptocurrency balances are converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. dk71 is not liable for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

dk71 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. Any attempt to use the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds or conducting fraudulent financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by dk71 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. These terms will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. A bonus may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in eligible bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

dk71 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using automated or scripted betting strategies. Where bonus abuse is identified, dk71 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings and close the account.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

dk71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be prejudiced by a retroactive change to that specific bonus, but dk71 is not obligated to continue any ongoing promotion beyond its stated end date.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on dk71 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the event, market, selection and stake — before confirming. dk71 will not void a bet due to a player's error in stake amount or selection, except where an obvious technical error on the part of the Platform is demonstrated.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. dk71 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its sole discretion.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by dk71 under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required completion threshold is met; the odds were published due to a manifest error; the event result is subject to an official inquiry that materially affects the outcome; or a bet is placed after the event has already concluded. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at any time to allow for odds recalculation. dk71 is not liable for any bets placed during periods of live data delay. Any bet placed after the conclusion of an event — even if the Platform's interface had not yet reflected the result — will be voided and the stake returned.

6.5 Cricket Specific Rules

For all cricket markets — including Bangladesh Tigers internationals, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments — a minimum of five overs per innings (in limited-overs formats) or 100 overs of play per match (in Test matches) must be completed for match-winner markets to be settled. Rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets are treated as official results for settlement purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dk71 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

dk71's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk71 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk71 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager on dk71. dk71 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform, beyond the liability cap described above.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by dk71

dk71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false information; suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected; the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; or regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, dk71 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. In cases of account closure for other reasons (e.g., inactivity or regulatory requirements), the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method after completion of applicable verification checks.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your dk71 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.
